Brake device. In order to save money, many manufacturers adopt the circuit braking principle, that is, cut off the power supply of the cutter motor through the upper and lower limit sensors. This device may cause extremely dangerous conditions such as "sliding knife" in the case of sudden power failure, loose socket and sensor failure. In order to eliminate this situation, it is necessary to use the motor assembly with mechanical braking device, so that no matter what circuit fault occurs, the motor will be locked to avoid accidents.
