Intelligent automatic cutting lines (paper loader, paper cutters, and paper unloaders) are all produced by imitating the Paula structure. The paper cutter castings are made of Hunan resin sand. The main low-voltage electrical appliances are famous brands such as ABB of Switzerland, Omron and Mitsubishi of Japan. The turbine (secondary reducer) is made of Tianjin Huashengchang, the largest turbine manufacturer in China, which greatly improves the cutting force. German hydraulic module and Italian hydraulic pump greatly improve the cutting performance of the paper cutter. The main electrical appliances and accessories of the intelligent paper takers and unloaders are all imported. With the TBI ball screw from Japan, the paper takers and unloaders are stable, stacked neatly, and can be directly loaded into the offset printing machine.
