1. The Paper cutter must be kept and used by full-time personnel. Without approval, non local personnel are not allowed to operate it without permission.
2. At work, the first thing to do is to dress neatly according to production safety requirements and wipe the paper cutting table clean, ensuring that the table is ash free, oil free, and the paper is white and flawless.
3. Before starting the Paper cutter every day, the photoelectric safety device must be checked once. It can be put into formal production only after its reliable operation is confirmed.
4. When cutting paper, it is not allowed to place metal products such as steel rulers, hand tools, bolts, gaskets, etc. to avoid major machine damage accidents.
5. To ensure the quality of paper cutting, the cutting edge should be frequently changed and a dedicated knife holder should be used to prevent injury to people. When replacing the cutting edge, the machine should cut off the power supply.
6. The replaced blade to be ground must have a proprietary wooden board clamped and fixed, and the blade edge should not be exposed around the board to avoid falling and injuring people.
7. The paper cutting table should be wiped clean after work every day, and then waxed or coated with anti rust paint.
8. When encountering computer or electrical faults, non professional personnel are not allowed to inspect and repair without authorization.
9. Maintain good lubrication of the machine. Before starting work, check the oil level of the lubricating oil pump, press the oil pump handle a few times by hand, and inject butter into each lubrication point once a week.
10. After completing the work, turn off the main power supply of the machine before leaving.
11. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol or taking prohibited drugs.
