INTRODUCTION
F-3 Smart Loader, the new product developed independently by SHENDA group, is a replacement of traditional products of the same type, filling the technology gap domestic and abroad; it improves its working efficiency, operation and safety, becomes one of the most perfect equipment in automatic cutting system.
1. The machine serves for automating the pile taking and transporting onto the working table of high speed cutter.
2. The pile loading is fast, safe and precise, which reduces labor intensity to a large degree.
3. Infrared ray detecting devices are adopted for precise pile positioning.
4. The flexible anti collision bumper is also used to prevent the machine from damage when it is crashed.
5. The pneumatic gripper runs stable and softly for perfect pile loading and jogging.
6. All the motors are made by Germany companies, with which a stable movement and low noise level are within reach certainly.

Yes, we can send our technician abroad for installation and training, but all the charges must be paid by buyer, such as the plane tickets (a round trip), meals, hotel, traffic etc.
