THE BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

This is a good machine for cutting. It is used to cut various paper/printed matters and other soft materials similar

to paper.

Worm speed reducer is adopted in the main driving system, which has the features of compact structure、high driving effect、great loading capacity and low consumption etc.

There is no slot on the chromeplated working table with air cushion, the operation is very convenient. Paper impeller is driven by the lead screw in the middle under the working table, transmitted by the two guides fixed under the working table in whose system the stiffness is strong, running process is easy. Vertical and parallel adjustment of paper impeller is achieved independently to make the accurate adjustment simple and workable.

In hydraulic system, adopt fast pressure-increased oil tank, and the pressure can be freely adjusted on request.

The core part in this electrical control system adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to increase the stability and service manual of the machine.

Imported electrical parts are used in the core section of electrical control system so that the machine becomes more stable and its service life will be further improved.

Photoelectric safety protector, knife bed, overloading protector and twohand chaining operation protector are adopted in this machine.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like know how to process the data in the computer,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.But you need supply the traffic fee, housing, eating.

Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like main motor , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
